There is a 25% re-stocking fee on all opened merchandise, if in like new condition. Power SuperSite, Inc., will not be liable for any claims due to malfunctioning or damaged goods if the manufacturer is not responsible via their warranty specifications; however, Power SuperSite may assist the customer in negotiating a corrected end user ship date with the manufacturer. Certain manufacturers' extended prorated warranties require the end user to register the product within 30 days of purchase. Add the adhesive-backed warranty label to your UPS to facilitate gaining our assistance at a future time.
All factory 'OEM or special' equipment is warranted for 2 years unless otherwise noted. All claims on "OEM or special" equipment should be made through Power SuperSite directly. Power SuperSite is responsible for upholding this warranty regardless of manufacturer limitations. Power SuperSite reserves the right to review all claims. This warranty does not include $25,000(+) hardware damage replacement warranties, which typically are lifetime warranties and will be presented to the manufacturer. All shipping charges will be paid by the customer, unless otherwise noted. As with the typical manufacturer's warranty, Power SuperSite is not obligated to provide an advanced exchange. Should we agree to provide an advanced exchange, the suspect unit must be returned within 15 days at customer's expense, or customer will be billed for the replacement unit.
All 'factory refurbished' weighing 150 lbs. or less are also typically warranted for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Certain exclusions may be noted at the time of purchase in your sales receipt, invoice, or amendments.

Products are sold "as is" unless otherwise noted on receipt of sale or proven to be defective within seven business days of receiving product from Power SuperSite, Inc. For products up to 250 lbs., the customer is responsible for proper shipping of the suspect equipment back to Power SuperSite. Power Supersite will pay outbound freight for the replacement equipment to the customer. In the case of a customer requested exchange or upgrade to more expensive equipment, the customer is responsible for both inbound and outbound freight charges of product and a 15% re-stocking fee, unless otherwise noted in writing on the sales receipt at the time of sale.
Power SuperSite, Inc., provides extended warranties for sale on most products offered; however, these warranties must be purchased within 30 days of sale date. (Note: Serial numbers on products must be provided with an order to purchase an extended warranty unless it is ordered at the time of equipment purchase.) Typically extended warranties provide advance replacement of equipment with equal specifications; however, the customer is responsible for the shipping of the suspect unit back to Power SuperSite.

Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the
order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method.
Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our
warehouse for shipment. Please note, credit card processing can take up to 3 business days,
depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by the customer.
Further, for security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we can process your
credit card for payment. If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon
as possible from one of our Distribution Warehouses located throughout the United States.
If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received
and processed the backordered inventory in our warehouse.
Our customer friendly shipping schedule is calculated on
the ACTUAL WEIGHT of your shipment and the TYPE OF SHIPPING SERVICE that you
specify (ground, air or overnight.) Shipping charges will be applied to all
orders placed unless a product is marked “Free Shipping.”
If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes or in
separate shipments (in the event an item is not currently in stock and must
ship at a later date), shipping and handling charges for the entire order may
be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped. If any part of the
customer order is cancelled after it has shipped, no credit will be authorized
for the original shipping and handling charges.
Power SuperSite uses UPS and FedEx as its primary carriers
for most small items. Should you require expedited shipping, overnight, 2-day
or 3-day shipping are available at an additional cost. Some of our products are
very heavy and must be shipped via motor freight. If you have any questions
about motor freight charges, please do not hesitate to give us a call for
information or a quotation.
TOTAL TIME FOR DELIVERY: (*Based on IN-STOCK products) Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get
proper payment authorization, order processing, and transit time from the
carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items. If an item
is not in stock and is on backorder, you will be contacted. No shipping charges
will be refunded for packages that are ordered Next Day Air in the event that
it takes additional time to get proper payment and security authorization for
your order. Power SuperSite suggests you provide multiple ways for us to
contact you in the event your product is extremely urgent or that you call us
at 1-800-741-8015 to speak with a customer service representative to verify
your order. Power SuperSite strives to ship all orders the same day the order
is placed. However, our web site states that there can be up to a 3 day lead
time before your order ships. If you should require that your order ship on the
same day it is placed, you should call us immediately so we can attempt to
expedite your order. (There is no extra charge for this.)
Power SuperSite offers Military & Government (FPO or APO addresses) and Hawaii/Alaska customers a USPS shipping option. After your order has

a quotation of your shipping charges.
Power SuperSite free shipping is shipped via ground freight
only. Expedited freight methods, if desired, are at the customer's expense.
Freight is provided by and bound to the agreements of third party distributors
and/or the manufacturer. Therefore, Power SuperSite is not responsible for any
freight-related issues, but will work with the carriers to help resolve them.
IMPORTANT: Many of our products are prone to shipping
damage, especially larger UPS systems. We make diligent efforts to securely
package and palletize these items before they leave our shipping dock.
However, customers are encouraged to inspect these items BEFORE accepting and
signing for them. If damage to the packing material is evident, please unpack
the item completely and inspect for internal damage. If there is no evidence
of damage to the packing material, the possibility of hidden damage still
exists. On packages that are prone to shipping damage, we place a bright green
label explaining this, as well as a “tip meter” which will show if an item has
been tilted at an extreme angle, fallen over, or possibly dropped. If you
encounter this, do not under any circumstances sign for the package until it
can be inspected thoroughly, and you have called Power SuperSite to explain the
situation. We will guide you through the process. The trucking company may
offer the ability to sign for an item, noting minor cosmetic damage. However,
if there is substantial damage to the package, refuse the shipment and do not
sign for it under any circumstances. Power SuperSite cannot be held
responsible for evident or hidden damage resulting from the shipping process.
If you encounter a problem with delivery
of your product, please follow the steps below:
Call Power SuperSite to file a
lost/stolen claim with carrier.
File a claim with your local police
department.
File a claim with your homeowner's
insurance company.
File a "signature required"
form with FedEx or UPS. (Note: This will stop FedEx or UPS from leaving
parcels at a residence or apartment without your signature.) Otherwise, residential packages may be left at a door
by the carrier. Power SuperSite is NOT responsible or liable in any way
for packages shown as delivered without signature by FedEx or UPS.
